Bethany and I made our summer stash of strawberry jam this morning, while my Mom helped us to corral the little ones as they ran around our feet. I now have a shelf full of beautiful red low-sugar, strawberry jam.
(Strawberries are on sale today through Sunday at Smart and Final! Got all I needed for 24 jars of jam for only $8. What a steal!)
