Aaron: 5 months

Aaron turned 5 months on January 6th. I know! It's hard to believe that 5 months have come and gone already. I am enjoying it more than I could have imagined. Yes, Cathryn, you can love your second JUST as much as you love your first! Child #2 does get the shaft sometimes. Like, this is my first update on Aaron in quite some time. Liam got one, well, every time I posted. So, my guilty conscience has been nagging me to update.

This last month of Aaron's life, his 4th month, has been busy: Disneyland, Christmas, visits to Mariposa and Santa Rosa, and a New Year. Aaron traveled like a pro, was flexible with the changes in his location/routine/time-table, and maintained good spirits throughout it all. He met some friends for the first time as well as meeting his cousin Kinsley who was born the 1st of December.

I also noticed that he is able to do so much more. He can roll over, he loves his feet (when he is naked he gets his toes into his mouth and sucks on his big toe!!), he loves his fingers and sucks on his thumb (grr... that's Mommy's fault. and it's a hard habit to break), he has tasted a few bites of avocado (and shuddered when he swallowed), and is sleeping through the night (8 pm to 5/6 am) as well as napping in the same room as his big brother.
