it's applesaucin' time!
I love, love, love the taste of homemade applesauce and have been holding on to my final jar from last year's batch, unsure if I would have the energy or time to complete the task with a new-born and a two-year old. I am so thankful that we carved out a day to get it done. Not only was it lots of fun, but it was suprisingly quick, and Ihave a shelf full of DE-licious applesauce.
