The family took a trip to the cabin this weekend and enjoyed a gorgeous day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It was Liam's first trip here, and we weren't sure what to expect. He seemed to enjoy the fish, loved watching the man made waves crash overhead, and was unimpressed by a lot of the fish. His highlight might have been when he was given a high-five by a diver/tank cleaner in one of the huge aquariums. Liam was just watching the fish, with his hands pressed against the glass. This man was trying his hardest to make Liam laugh or even smile, but Liam just stared at him. The last attempt was a through-the-glass high five. Pretty cute!

Overall, I think we will make this trip again, but it's a lot of money for just a morning adventure.
